The Board of Education has retained Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates, Ltd., a search firm which specializes in assisting boards which are seeking superintendents. To identify the characteristics we will be looking for in our new superintendent, we are soliciting the input of parents and residents. To provide your input, please come to a Community Forum on Thursday, March 9, 7-9 p.m. at Hadley Junior High School, 240 Hawthorne Boulevard, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
Please complete the Leadership Profile Assessment form found below and bring it with you. If you will be unable to attend the forum, please return your completed form by March 10 to any District 41 school office or mail or fax it directly to the address/fax number indicated on the bottom of the form. You may also email your completed form directly to Hazard, Young, and Attea at office@hyasearch.com
