Extranet and Remote Access



To visit the District 41 Intranet (Ellyn) or other resources via remote access please click the appropriate link below:

Ellyn extranet accessThis link will take you to the District 41 Intranet homepage Ellyn. You will be asked to log in with your District 41 username and password. When out of district, please remember to include "domain41\" in front of your username.




WebmailThis is a direct link to your Outlook Email inbox at work. The inbox will look a bit different but has the same functionality. When out of district, please remember to include "domain41\" in front of your username.
NOTE: If using Internet Explorer 10 you may need to use Compatibility Mode for the browser (Tools>Compatibility View Settings ...then add "http://69.220.245.7/exchange/"). Consider using Chrome or Firefox as well.
Trouble with attachments in your Webmail?
If you have problems accessing a file attachment in your Webmail (such as a .docx file), click the Tools tab in your Internet Explorer browser, Internet Options>Security Tab>Trusted Sites>Sites Then add the address "http://69.220.245.7" to your Trusted sites.




Remote file accessYou can access certain drives that you use at work remotely by clicking this link. By default you will see your T drive upon successful log in. When out of district, please remember to include "domain41\" in front of your username.




School SchedulersYou can access the online schedulers you use at school, including the Elementary School Labs, Ben Franklin Courtyard and Conference Room, and more. When out of district, please remember to include "domain41\" in front of your username.
